Radio Station

Radio Station

FluxWave FM is an online radio-station website I designed and deployed to stream nonstop music and spoken-word content worldwide. The homepage loads a lightweight HTML5 player that starts instantly on desktop and mobile, while live metadata from the Icecast server shows the current track. An AJAX timetable presents upcoming shows in local time so listeners always know what is next. DJs log in through a secure panel to update playlists, inject jingles, or switch to live broadcasting, and automated fallback playlists prevent silence if a slot is unfilled. A song-request widget lets fans submit titles that flow straight into the queue, real-time statistics display listener counts and geographic heat maps, and one-click sharing buttons help promote the station across social platforms. Behind the scenes PHP and Node services handle metadata caching, track logging, and automatic podcast archiving, creating a reliable broadcast hub and a modern example of user-focused web-radio design.
